Terms of Use
Effective date: January 29, 2026
1.1 José Ramón Bendicho Flores, Manuel Jiménez Carmona and Andrea Padilla Vallés are the owners responsible for the service. The platform comprises the website and its mobile applications (iOS and Android), with the aim of helping users discover and create experiences in their cities.
1.2 The Services include the websites, Planeo domains, all web pages, subdomains and all free mobile applications that Planeo offers, maintains and provides.
1.3 Within the platform there are two types of event creators: “Verified Organisers” (professionals, commercial venues or recurring organisers) and “Community Users” (individuals who participate by attending plans and organise spontaneous, non-commercial plans).
2.1 This policy sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use the Services. By using the Services, you accept these conditions without modification and enter into a binding contract with the owners.
2.2 These Terms of Use supplement and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and any other guidelines published on the platform.
3.1 Planeo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to explore the services, search for plans or create pages for the promotion and management of events. You may not copy, modify, reproduce or reverse-engineer the source code.
3.2 Access through our mobile applications is considered part of the Services and is subject to these same conditions. This right of access may be revoked if the rules are breached.
4.1 Listing Service: Planeo is exclusively a listing and event discovery platform. Planeo is not the organiser or responsible for events published by Verified Organisers. Planeo assumes no responsibility for accidents, personal injury, material damage or conflicts arising from attendance at an event.
4.2 Paid Events: For paid events, ticket purchases, payments (via Stripe), refunds and invoicing are governed by the General Purchase Conditions.
5.1 By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
5.2 To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old. Under no circumstances may you use the platform if you are under 13 years of age.
5.3 You may request the deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.
6.1 By publishing content, you grant Planeo a worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce and distribute said material.
6.2 Planeo applies a zero tolerance policy towards objectionable or abusive content. It is prohibited to publish sexually explicit content, content that incites hatred, harasses individuals, promotes illegal activities, contains personal information of third parties without consent, or constitutes spam.
Any user may report objectionable content or block another user directly from the application. Planeo undertakes to take appropriate measures, including the removal of content or the cancellation of infringing accounts.
Planeo requests access to device resources (Camera, Gallery, Calendar, Location, Notifications). Each permission is requested at the time of use and can be revoked at any time. Planeo does not access any resource silently.
It is prohibited to present content containing viruses, impersonate identities or interfere with site security. The use of automated systems to collect data is also prohibited. We are not responsible for external sites linked from our platform.
Planeo does not organise, sponsor or control physical events. It shall not be liable for personal injury, cancellations or attendee behaviour. Attendance is at the user’s sole responsibility.
The Platform is provided “as is”. Planeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental damages or loss of profits.
All content and design of the application are protected by the intellectual property laws of Spain and are owned by the holders.
Planeo reserves the right to modify these Conditions. Substantial changes will be notified through the app or by email. These Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
